We're off travelling for the summer and our flat needs a good person to look after it while we're gone. Ideally 2 months, but we're open to a bit less if the timing works for you. Big living room, double bedroom, south-facing balcony (great in summer), recently redecorated and the bathroom was redone so it's all fresh. All bills included. We're just over 5 minutes from Brockley station, Hilly Fields park, and loads of good spots to eat and drink. Just looking for someone who'll treat the place well and be easy to communicate with.
