Hey! My husband and I are going back to our country with our 3 month old baby and need someone to take over our lease in our lovely flat. The flat is literally next to Priory Park and on the High Street, the landlord manages the whole building of flats with Foxtons. There’s W3 bus around the corner that can take you to Finsbury Park Station in 15 mins and the 144 bus to Wood Green/Turnpike Lane or Muswell Hill Alexandra Palace is super close too All furniture is from the flat apart from the dresser and the crib. There’s also a wash & dryer, dishwasher, underfloor heating and bike storage. We are looking to move out ASAP Happy to do viewings 😊
