1 room flat of 32m² in London

I am working on a project abroad and will be letting my lovely flat fully furnished. I would prefer to have someone for more than three months but I am flexable for the right lodger. (Bills Included & Virgin broadband). -Large west-facing living/ dining room with B&O TV. - Large double room with super (American) king-size bed. - Study room with a bunk bed and a desk, though I am looking for a single professional occupier, so sorry no sharers. - Shower room and toilet off the second bedroom (so not ideal for sharers). - Shared kitchen with a quiet, completely separate mature male lodger at the back of the property. Occupies Monday to Friday. Bus stop close by has the 299 and 103 buses that take you East to Bounds Green, which is 15 minutes walk (Piccadilly line) and the 102 going West takes you to East Finchley (Northern Line). Alexandra Palace Station is within walking distance, which takes you into the City on Thames Link or connecting via King's Cross Bounds Green ranked in "Top 5 Happiest places to live in London" in Time Out. A bit of a stretch in my opinion, but must be true if it is in print!
