COTTON MILLS SUDEN VILLAGE The Cotton Mills is a superb development for student both studying at University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. It is a student complex with secure fob access, excellent communal areas and 24 Hour Duty Officers. Security fob access will gain you access to your block of flats only, access through the secure gate, Gym and Common Room.

FLAT The Cotton Mills flats are shared flats. But don't be alarmed as we can accommodate single students to groups of 6 friends. smaller groups will be placed into shared flats and therefore the communal areas such as the kitchen and living area will be shared. Your bedrooms and ensuites however will be solely your space.
The Flats are a modern finish and fully furnished, the bedrooms are finished with desks, beds, wardrobes and drawers. Beds are including a mattress.
The Kitchen and Living area host furniture too such as dining table, sofas, coffee table, Kitchen appliances such as fridge freezer and oven with electric hob.

COMMON ROOM An excellent social space with Table tennis table, pool table and sofa area. Open 24 hours a day, accessed via your secure fob. Vending machines offer drinks and snacks. and the Laundry room is just off here.

GYMNASIUM The Gym, is a compact gym with all that you need for a good workout. It is open 24 hours and is accessed with your secure fob.
