The total area is 512 sq ft (47.6 sq m), the flat will be professionally cleaned before you move in and the deposit is one month’s rent. The location is great: the flat is about three minutes from Victoria park and five minutes from Roman Road, where you’ll find independent bookshops, wine bars, cafés, and shops. The 8 bus stop is right outside and takes you to Bethnal Green in 15 minutes or to Liverpool Street in around 25 minutes. Night buses also run along the same road. Both Victoria Park Village and Hackney Wick are within walking distance. The flat’s available from the 3rd of July onwards.
