We are looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share a spacious, modern six-bedroom house in a great location (city centre/Baltic). The house has a bright living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a private roof terrace which looks over the Liverpool skyline. You’ll have your own double bedroom and share a clean, well-maintained bathroom between you and one other. The building has secure entry and is close to public transport, shops, and parks. We are a sociable bunch but considerate professionals/students who enjoy a balance of socialising and quiet time. Ideally, we are looking for someone clean, responsible, and easygoing. The house itself is six-bedroomed with 3-bathrooms (one you'll share with one other). There is also a secured garage for storage and a car. As well as a roof terrace which is great for bbq in summer and starlit nights.
