SHORT LETS ONLY My housemate & I are looking for one/two tenants to take over our place for a month, from the 25th of April to the 23rd of May. The place is a large, extremely centrally located property that is a 2-minute walk from Barbican station and a 7-8 min walk from Farringdon. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You also have access to the terrace on the 7th floor. The building also has a concierge. He is usually available from 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday to collect parcels, sign for letters, etc. There are multiple gyms nearby - Nuffield Health is less than a minute walk and PureGym is about 5 minutes. Old Street is a 10-12 minute walk and there are plenty of coffee shops close by too. Charterhouse Gardens, a quaint park is right behind the building.
