I have a roomy (78m) 2 bed apt immediately available (mid-July 2026). Flat is on the 18th floor of a modern block so great views and lots of light. Modern kitchen, wood floors and thermoskirt heating in bedrooms, washing machine, etc - furniture furnished. Unfortunately, due to a prior negative experience, no pets. Lots of storage space in and out of bedrooms, and small guest/study room! Whilst flat is immediately available, there is internal remedial work required e. g. painting, so a 50% discount would be given for that remedial period (2 weeks or so).
