Currently looking for two tenants (or one to pay in full) to take over our lovely flat in Deptford. My flatmate and myself are moving to different cities and need to find replacement tenants by 15th May. This flat has two balconies, with one being very large and is absolutely lovely in summer. The flat is spacious and warm, the kitchen is fully equipped and functional. It is a 7 minute walk away from New Cross Station and Deptford Station, a 5 minute walk to Deptford Bridge. It is situated 20 minutes walk away from Greenwich Park. A train from Deptford station takes 5 minutes to get into London Bridge so it is very accessible if you work in central. Our property manager is lovely and attentive and we’ve had absolutely no issues in the building or with management. We are looking for someone serious ASAP.
