2 rooms house of 65m² in Blaydon on Tyne

I’m renting out my 2 bed house in blaydon for around 6 months starting mid-June July time. (Move in date flexible). I’ll be selling the house so will need someone okay with agencies coming round to do viewings from time to time. Initial contract for 6 months but if it’s not sold by then, I’m happy to do a rolling monthly contract until the house is sold after that. House is very spacious with a large living room, kitchen, dining area and separate office room. Both bedrooms are double. One is larger with a built in wardrobe Bathroom with bath and shower Patio out the back The cat in the photo hasn't lived there for 4 years now so the place is pet free. I would consider allowing pets. The furniture is slightly different to what’s in the photos now. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished Drop me a message if you’re interested.
