Hi! We are moving out of our 2B2B new build in Stratford, East Village on 27th April. A new contract will be available from 28th April 2026 - you can rent the whole apartment, or buddy up with someone (we know someone if you want to share). You will need to earn x30 of your rent share to pass the Get Living checks or otherwise need a guarantor. The Flat.. A lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in East Village Stratford, on the 6th Floor with all south facing windows (so lots of light!) and a huge balcony. The flat is furnished. Bedrooms Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, one is ensuite and the other one has bathroom right next door (with an extra bit of wall covering the entrance from the bedroom so it feels like an ensuite too). One bedroom has king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and a storage cupboard, as well as inbuilt wardrobe and plenty of storage under the bed. There is space for a desk in the bedroom or also space for desks in the living room if you prefer to work from there. The other bedroom has a double bed, big wardrobe, plenty of under bed storage. Both rooms have extra chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables each. The kitchen is a good size, we have nice comfy sofas, a big dining table. The kitchen/living room is open plan. Location.. - Stratford International Station (5m walk) - Stratford Tube Station (8m walk) - Sainsbury's (5m walk) - Westfield Shopping Centre (5m walk) Bills..
