Hi Everyone, I have a great 3 bedroom flat becoming available on the 1st of August, a few minutes walk to Battersea Park. The locations is fantastic, you have everything on your doorstep. A quick 10 minute walk over Battersea bridge to Chelsea or 12 minutes up to Clapham Junction. There are night buses almost outside of the front door that also go everywhere. There is also a cycle hire station less then 2 minutes away!! The flat itself is modern and has recently had a new bathroom put in + has a separate 2nd toilet downstairs. There is a large kitchen and separate large living room with under stair storage. The flat has always been well looked after and served as a happy home for many years. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Im looking for a group of friends who are looking to share and treat the place like home and take care of it. I personally manage the property and am always very responsive to make sure everything goes smoothly. The bills will be the responsibility of the tenants - It is based in Wandsworth so it is also the cheapest council tax in the country.
