1 Bedroom room in a 3 bed house, you will be sharing the house with a couple. we would prefer a female tenant but will also consider male tenants. house is located in an ideal location 7 minute walk to upton park tube station, walking distance to daily convenient stores. busses 1 minute walk.

we prefer someone who is tidy and lookafter the house as their own. there is work being done in the kitchen at the moment but this will be finished in probably a weeks time.

the atmosphere is and will be a friendly and you will get along with the lovely couple.
they have been living there for about a year now.
