The flat itself is furnished, has an in house washer/dryer, microwave, oven and cupboard. The studio is located within a 10-minute walk from Edgware Road and Marble Arch stations, with plenty of grocery stores and Hyde Park nearby. The building has lift access and a porter. Ideally looking for a female working professional (couples welcome), the flat is no-smoking and pet-free. References will be required.
