It is an enormous flat with views to Edinburgh Castle. The entrance hall is 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, it has a huge lounge, a big kitchen/dining-room and gas central heating. The total floor area is 210 square metres. It has six double bedrooms. The current HMO licence is for 5 people only and the flat complies with all the regulations regarding electrical certs, gas certs, alarms, P. A.
