The flat has been renovated throughout to a high standard and close to all amenities and the communal areas would be shared and kept tidy and clean at all times. The double bedroom is for rent for a maximum of 4 nights per week to one person working full time and based in the office most days. If it is less than 4 nights this would be reflected in the rent per month. A clean and tidy professional (non-smoker) for double room with large bay windows, double bed/ottoman storage space, double wardrobe, flat screen tv with Netflix etc, with additional storage for bed linen and towels etc. There is also outdoor space which is an added bonus for the Summer.
