The apartment has been stylishly refurbished by an interior designer using elegant materials and colour to create a contemporary and warm atmosphere. The apartment benefits from tall ceilings and enormous windows which give it a light and spacious feel.
The modern kitchen is newly installed and includes oven, hob and fridge freeze and all the equipment you need from hasty breakfast to relaxed weekend meals.
The comfortable sofa quickly converts to a comfortable double bed. It is the Italian made Clei sofa bed system so when not in use, not only provides plenty of extra space but looks good too. Watch TV from bed or sofa or gaze out of the window at the wonderful Victorian terrace below. A small table and chairs offers a space to eat,
The new bathroom is elegantly designed and fully tiled with a powerful walk in shower and separate hand shower. Start the day refreshed and with warm feet in winter from the underfloor heating.
Our apartments are fully serviced and the weekly rent includes all utility bills (electricity, gas and water), TV and free WiFi. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged by separate agreement. The building has CCTV security and an entry phone system in the apartment.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is a destination for tourists and Londoners due to its vast array of great shopping, restaurants and nightlife and of course the many museums, galleries and sightseeing opportunities on offer. Kensington Palace is 8 minutes walk as is Hyde Park where you can escape the pace of London on foot,  roller-blades or even in a boat.
There are excellent transport links too, with a Tube station only 400m away and large number of bus routes nearby, giving you easy access to everywhere in London.
