On the ground floor there is a comfortable sofa from which to watch the smart TV or maybe read a book. There is a small and stylish desk for catching up on paperwork or to get some work done on your laptop.
Upstairs, the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage in the custom built wardrobe. Off this is an en-suite bathroom with a powerful walk in shower with separate hand shower. Underfloor heating offers winter comfort.
Our apartments are fully serviced and the weekly rent includes all utility bills (electricity, gas and water), TV and free WiFi. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged by separate agreement. The building has CCTV security and an entry phone system in the apartment.
