The interior designer has created a welcoming space with exposed brickwork, wood floors, bespoke joinery and atmospheric lighting. The large window provides plentiful natural light and, together with the tall ceilings gives you a nice sense of space.
Our use of the innovative Clei bed system ensures your comfort, both when used as a sofa or using it’s simple, muscle-free mechanism to convert it into double bed. This also optimises the available space when not in use. The smart TV gives you access to your favourite streaming or freeview services. A small table and chair offers a place to eat, makeup or catch up on some work.
The contemporary kitchen benefits from being slightly separate from the studio area. It includes premium brand appliances and everything you need for meals in, from crockery and cutlery to pots and pans so you can whip up your favourite meals.
The fully tiled bathroom has a large walk in power shower with separate hand shower and underfloor heating to ensure your comfort.
Our apartments are fully serviced and the weekly rent includes all utility bills (electricity, gas and water), TV and free WiFi. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged by separate agreement. The building has CCTV security and an entry phone system in the apartment.
