My charming 1-bedroom flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Islington. It is a modern one bedroom flat, set on the first floor and benefits from open plan kitchen/living room and a private balcony. It offers a comfortable living space with a sofa bed and beautiful natural light, TV, fully functional kitchen, bedroom that overlooks trees and has a large bed (bigger than super king!), a balcony lined with plants to relax with your morning coffee and a modern bathroom with shower/bath. The flat is in good working order, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The location is ideal, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away, providing easy access to major transportation hubs like King's Cross and Waterloo in under 30 minutes. I am seeking a trustworthy and responsible person (as I love my home!) to sublet from 29th July for 2 weeks+/-. The ideal person will be someone who is committed to respecting the space and willing to look after my plants (watering once a week). As it is a sublet I would keep my belongings in the flat but would make space for you in the wardrobe and cupboard. No smoking or pets please.
