3 rooms house of 460m² in Birmingham

Our spacious bungalow has 3 double bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom with a double shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It is in a perfect location for those visiting the NEC / Resorts world / Birmingham airport as they are a 10 min train journey away! It’s also ideal for those who want to do a group booking or business in Birmingham.Free parking for up-to 3/4 cars on drive.Our property boasts a large private garden, perfect to lounge and soak in the sun (excusing the British weather).The spaceWithin each of the 3 bedrooms there are two small double beds so a total of 6 small double beds in the property - we know there is nothing like a good nights sleep! A bedside table and lamp is also provided for evening/cosy light.The kitchen has all your cooking essentials so you can happily cook should you not fancy eating in one of the many local restaurants or takeaways. For your ease we have provided leaflets and menus from a few of the local favourites should you want to give them a try!The garden is very large in size and private so you can relax outside in the warmer seasons, we have provided a BBQ for your use should you need it - please see house rules for further information.Guest accessThe guests can use the whole house and the garden.The only place that isn’t available is the annex next to the bungalow.Other things to noteYou’re very welcome to our home, please take care of our home.It is important that our guests are comfortable and have a good night sleep so we have invested in good quality small double beds as opposed to single beds so therefore we’re hoping you have a comfortable and well rested stay.Here are some things to take note of:1) We would be grateful if you could treat the property as you would do your own home and be considerate of the neighbours.2)Although the bungalow can accommodate young children please take note that the glass double doors are not toughened glass. If your child is being potty trained please keep the training nappies on them during the duration of the stay, your co-operation is appreciated.3) Do not move furniture from their place.4) Do not leave wet towels on the bed or other furniture please use the laundry basket.5) If needed use the iron on the ironing board provided in the dark cupboard in the lounge and iron in the dining area.6) Always lock windows and doors when leaving the house.7) If you spill something clean it up.8) If you break anything clean it up and let me know.9) Strictly no parties10) No smoking inside the bungalow11) No pets12) No e-scooters13) No candles
