A bright spare bedroom in my attic flat at the top of an early Edwardian house - I have a lot of books and pictures. Would suit artistically inclined person, not mimimalist. No standup shower, just bath with shower attachment ( too many angles in walls and ceilings ). 8 minutes walk to Putney railway station ( 15 minutes to Waterloo ), 10 minutes to East Putney on the District Line, buses to Putney Bridge and all the way to Piccadilly Circus and Russell Square. Thames footpaths. Quiet residential area, wide streets, trees, close to river Thames
