Situated on a small housing estate in Brotton, in the Saltburn area of Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council. There are village shops and pubs serving food within walking distance. Good, regular bus links close by, going throughout Redcar & Cleveland. Four miles from Saltburn-by-the-Sea (where there is a rail station) and close to Guisborough, Whitby and Redcar. Easy commutes, southwards to York and northwards to Newcastle (A1 and A19) in just over an hour for each. Bed linen changed and room/bathroom cleaned weekly. Sorry, no smoking, no pets.
