Hi all 😊 I’m moving out of London for a new job (sad to be leaving) and looking for someone to take over my lovely studio flat in Cricklewood for the final 2 months 🏡 The flat is top floor, very bright, and gets loads of natural sunlight ☀️ really peaceful with friendly neighbours. Key details 💸 * £1000/month (bills not included) * Bills approx £150/month * Private washing machine 🧺 * Furnished 🪑 Furniture included: * Built-in wardrobe * Chest of drawers (large set stays, bedside one will come with me) *Bookshelf * Desk + chair * Single bed 🛏️ Location & transport 🚇 * Great connections (Zone 2), around 20 mins to Central London * Kilburn Station - 10 min walk (5 mins by bus) * Cricklewood Station - 15 min walk * Brondesbury (Overground) - 20 min walk * Willesden Green - 20 min walk * Lots of buses on the main road 🚌 Nearby 🛍️ * Co-op 2 mins walk * High street with shops, cafés, restaurants * Brent Cross shopping centre about 20 mins away Requirements 📄 * Landlord reference required * Bank statements required * Will need to go through landlord approval process Move-in 📅
I would require someone to move in by 16th April at the latest, so unfortunately anything later can’t be accommodated. I can accommodate slightly earlier if requested. This is for a 2 month let, but there may be the option to stay longer if agreed directly with the landlord (this would be up to them, not me). When messaging 📩
