The dining table seats all guests. The separate sleeping area has zip-and-link beds that can be set up as a double or two singles. A comfortable double sofa bed is available in the living area. All linen, bedding, and towels are provided. A travel cot or high chair is available for a fee of £50.00 upon request, and a £95 pet fee applies per stay. Free parking is available nearby, though not suitable for larger vans over 1.95m in height. Set on the sought-after West Jetty of Brighton Marina, you are moments from a buzzing mix of restaurants, bars, cafés, boutique shops, a cinema, bowling, and a casino. Brighton's vibrant city centre is just a short bus or taxi ride away. The mezzanine sleeping area is accessed by steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Failure to return keys to the key safe on check out will result in a £200+vat fee. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
