Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my 1 bed 1 bathroom flat. Great for a couple or 1 person. Flat is 4 years old and I’ve been here a year and a half! Great location right in the city centre and opposite Cabot. Flat is furnished, any questions please let me know. Moving out as I have bought, minimum 12 month contract. Rent is £1,600pcm with 1 month as deposit, bills not included. Move in 10th of May, possibly a bit earlier. No parking available but there is bike storage.
