1 room flat of 27m² in City of Edinburgh

We have hosted guests from all over the world over 5 years. Our accommodation is a self contained ground floor flat, situated in suburbs of Edinburgh, 10minute walk to bus junction that serves Edinburgh, Glasgow and Fife. 20/30minute bus trip into City of Edinburgh. The flat has its' own separate front entrance which leads to the double bedroom, kitchenette and private bathroom, with shower. All towels are included, feel free to ask for more during your stay. Full sized fridge freezer, microwave, George Foreman grill, 2 ring hob full set of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Kettle & toaster too. Washing machine also in the kitchen for guest use. Maximum of 2 guests per stay.
