Lounge/dining room This room features two sets of patio doors out to the private courtyard at the front and allows a view of the back. This area is fitted with solid oak flooring. There is a comfortable sitting area which consists of two comfortable sofas, easy chairs, dining table and some smaller items of furniture. Kitchen/dining area The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery. Bedroom one Located at the back of the building this quiet, carpeted bedroom contains a double bed. It has an interesting feature wall preserved from the old building behind which is a separate dressing area and en-suite. Full instructions of this procedure are sent out in the formal confirmation. Entry is from 14:00 onwards but if nobody has booked to depart on your day of arrival it will probably be very suitable for us to give you entry as early as possible. Departure is by 10am (a guaranteed late departure up to 20:00 can be obtained for 50% of that daily rate. Please
