We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure.
