My beautiful and pet friendly property has a private entrance and a private garden, within a central location of the city. Within a ten minute walk, you can access Edinburgh's most famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and the New Town!A spacious and luxurious flat with three bedrooms, equipped kitchen, and well decorated throughout.In the spacious living room there is a comfy sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV so you can enjoy a cosy evening after a long day exploring the town. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy homemade meals with your loved ones!The kitchen is located next to the living room to socialise with the keen cooks. It is nicely equipped and has the advantage of a fridge freezer, hob, and oven.The first bedroom has a comfy double bed, the second bedroom has a large king bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also plenty of storage in each bedroom, so you can store all of your personal belongings and luggage without losing too much space! Each bedroom has a TV with Freeview.There are 2 bathrooms and they both contain a walk in shower. One of the bathroom is ensuite which is perfect for some privacy and a relaxing time! Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.During your stay my property management team will be around 24/7 via e
