The rooms are spacious and stylish and have comfortable beds, the bedrooms offer restful times and healthy sleep. All bedrooms are fitted with Smart TV's and a safe; a master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite, a second double bedroom with storage, a twin room with 2 single beds. In the large, brightly-lit living area you will find comfortable sofas, a 75" TV.The open-plan kitchen is a fully-equipped and allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the beautiful dining area is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal.There are 2-bathrooms in the property, the en-suite in the master bedroom has a full sized bath and there is an elegant family shower room. Both bathrooms have hand held bidet sprayers and towels are provided alongside some essential toiletries.Not only is this apartment spacious with modern and stylish decor, it also has been fitted with a variety of mod-cons such as underfloor heating.Guest Access:You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.The Neighborhood:Located close to the city centre, between Haymarket and Gorgie, there are great transport links and Haymarket station is within walking distance. Fountainbridge is home to a large activity complex with a trampoline park, cinema, gym, bowling alley and multiple restaurants. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets all easily accessible on foot from the property. The Union Canal is great for walks and jogging. Be sure to check out my guidebook for more recommendations!Getting Around:Many of Edinburgh's main attractions are within walking distance of the property as well as some brilliant restaurants, cafes and bars.Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to Haymarket Station. From here the apartment is a short walk. Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. From the station the property is a 8 minute walk.Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.Other Things to Note:Fresh bed linen, towels, fluffy pillows, toiletries and other necessities are provided for a comfortable stay.
