Quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the bustling city centre.Sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms, one a glamorous four poster king size bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom either as 2 single or a king size bed with an en suite shower room. The sitting room, which overlooks a leafy patio garden, has a dining table, TV and antique fireplace. There is a separate loo which is convenient for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer.A minute away is the fabulous private Dean Gardens , a 7 acre park and woodlands, so pretty all year round. A key is provided on request. The Water of Leith walkway is across from the flat with a riverside walk all the way down to the Port of Leith or up to the Galleries of Modern Art.Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am but if I can be flexible with this I will certainly try especially with luggage drop off and collection. Please just ask.There is pay parking on the street and free from 5.30pm-8.30am weekdays and on weekends or there is free parking about 10/15mins walk away on East Fettes Avenue.
