This room is a large double room for one person. It is on the ground floor, with a lovely view of the garden with window seat. It is located next to the main bathroom. It has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and drawers, and a small desk area. * Please note our Homestay Room is only available for Students * Our home is situated in the beautiful area of Marchmont, Edinburgh. Situated right on the edge of the Meadows Park, within walking distance of most university campuses, city centre attractions and amenities. Bus routes within 5 minutes walk. Our family home consists of 2 adults and 2 children, but is big enough to accommodate guests, with room to spare. The homestay bedroom has a double bed, and is next to a shared bathroom. There is a bright kitchen for making hot drinks, but not for cooking. We have lived in Edinburgh almost all our lives, and would love to recommend to you sights to see, and places of interest to visit. We are passionate about food and eating out, and would be delighted to point you in the right direction, whether it's for the perfect pastry or a special meal out. Towels can be provided upon request. A continental breakfast is available for guests - cereals, fruit, toast etc. If you would like to join us for an occasional evening meal, please do ask, and we'd love to have you join us!
