This room is a large double room for 1 or 2 people. It is an attic room with narrow steps on the staircase so not suitable for disabled access. Could also accommodate 1 or 2 small children on put up beds.Our family home forms the upper 2 floors of a lovely traditional Victorian Villa. It comprises 4 bedrooms in total, a spacious drawing room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a private garden to the rear. We live on a quiet road, opposite a beautiful park which is very close to the Firth of Forth waterfront.In terms of location, our property is situated in the desirable area of Trinity (on the North side of Edinburgh) and has 'free' parking and is on a direct bus service (No 23) which goes right through Princes Street into Bristo Square. City centre is very accessible by bus, car or a walk of around 20-25 minutes.We have Wi-fi and TV.There are 4 of us in the family, myself, my husband and 2 kids who are mostly away at university.We love travelling and meeting people from different countries. Other favourite things to do are walking around this beautiful city, watching films, meeting up with friends, cooking and food in general (especially far eastern cuisines).
