We have a double garage that we’ve converted into a small self-contained one bed unit which is separate to the house. All bills are included, there are no washing facilities for clothes, that will need to be done independently. This unit is only big enough for single sole occupancy and ideally someone who goes out to work five days a week. Please note the photos are from a previous tenant so not everything in the photos will be in the unit . It’s occupied at the moment, so I can’t take any new photos.
