Our semi‑detached home is calm, friendly and welcoming, ideal if you want somewhere quiet to unwind after work. We’re in one of Portsmouth’s greenest areas, just a 2‑minute walk to the bus stop, Baffins Pond, the local pub, parks and local shops. Southsea and the city centre are only 10 minutes away by car. Rent is then paid weekly in advance. We ask for either a reference or proof of employment — whatever is easiest for you. Just to note: MondaytoFriday displays the monthly cost (£563), which is simply our weekly rate of £130 multiplied across the month. We’re happy to consider 3‑ or 4‑night Monday–Friday stays depending on your work pattern.
