1 room flat of 31m² in Glasgow

I'm going away for 3 weeks this summer and would like to sublet my flat for while I'm away! Ideally would like someone to stay the whole 3 weeks. Price for 3 weeks will be 800 since it's not the whole month. Dates: July 18 to around August 7th (TBD) It's quite spacious, 1 bedroom with a large kitchen and cosy living room / workspace. Comes with bathtub, lovely garden space, projecter, CD collection... It's right around the corner from a delicious local bakery and on a quiet street. 5 minutes walk from Queen's Park and train stations nearby to get to city centre.
