I am moving back to my family home so I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at Scotway house. The room is on the 11th floor, with a beautiful view of Glasgow. It’s a 15 minute walk from the Uni of Glasgow. The building has 24/7 security, a laundrette, a gym, and a common room with a tv and games. The latest date for tenency takeover would be 20/04/26, and the rent must be paid upfront by this date. Total rent due is £2178.43. I am happy to arrange a viewing!
