Welcome to our bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat on Hatters Lane, perfectly situated in a peaceful development just 15 minutes' walk from Edinburgh’s historic city centre and the vibrant Stockbridge neighbourhood.Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.A £100 will be applied for late checkout.We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.During your stay my property management team will be around 24/7 via e
