It has two large sash & case windows overlooking Frederick Street and there are original wooden floors throughout the apartment. There is a super comfortable sofa and chair so you can sit and get engrossed in your favourite book or watch a great film on the flat screen TV. Nestled in the corner of the sitting room is a dining table where you can enjoy the fruits of your labour while watching the world go by below.The hallway off the sitting room leads you to the small but perfectly formed kitchen. This is fully equipped for all your needs including (but not limited to) a microwave and washing machine. There is also a bathroom with shower (mind the step though as there are a couple of steps leading into the bathroom).After eating a slap up meal and relaxing in front of the TV, rest your weary head in the pretty double bedroom. Situated at the front of the apartment, this room has a large window overlooking Frederick Street and has a traditional wooden wardrobe to hang your clothes.The owners of this home prefers short lets of a month or longer. Very short bookings of less then a week can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance or further in advance where they are filling a gap between existing bookings.
