Modern fitted kitchen and bathroom houses all amenities you should need for your stay including complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee and treats! Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The bedroom hosts a double bed with blackout blinds, built in mirrored wardrobes and drawers. Extra sleeping space provided in the lounge with a sofa bed that folds out to accommodate up to 3/4 adults maximum in property - at an additional costs advised per person. (Please advise at time of booking) We can also provide a travel cot free of charge on request for guests with small children. This is a clean and fresh space where you can relax after a busy day with great views of the city skyline. Smart tv with Netflix and wifi available for your entertainment. Iron and ironing board provided, airer and outdoor drying facilities available as well as hairdryer. Guests have full access to property and help yourself to use of all items during your stay. Make yourself at home! One cupboard in hall will be locked so this is only area you will not have access to. Secure access to building via key fob and lift or stairs to take you up to the 4th floor flat. Allocated parking space is also provided - access via rear of property please advise at time of booking if you require use of this so I can arrange access. We are now generally self check in/out due to busy family life. However myself and/or my partner Ross are
