1 room flat of 46m² in Manchester

Hi, I will be going travelling in October and wanted someone to rent out my flat. I own the flat and so would be the landlord. I want the whole flat let out. The living area is quite large and spacious and so is the bathroom. Have an average sized double room and a slightly smaller double room than can be used for extra storage or as a guest room. The property has parking included. The public transport is also great with the Manchester Airport tram running through which gets into town in about 30 mins. The tram stop is about a minute walk from the flat. Whythenshawe park is also a really short walk by and it’s a great park. Altrincham and Sale are also very close by. Short tram journey to the airport and also close to Whythenshawe hospital. I am open to short term rent with a minimum of 3 months starting in October.
