Hi! I’m the current tenant of a lovely, spacious ground-floor flat in the Kelham / Neepsend area and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible. The current tenancy runs until 31st July, with the option to renew afterwards. I’ve lived here for just over two years and have genuinely loved the flat and the area, but I’m needing to relocate from Sheffield for a new job. The flat would be ideal for a single professional or a couple. I’m happy to answer any questions about the property.
