Organise or hold any events or parties at the property. (Forfeiture of deposit)6. Leave electrical and gas appliances (TV, hob, oven, etc.) unattended at any time during the stay in the property.7. Disturb the peace of the neighbours in a period from 8 . to 8 . and make excessive noise by using the radio, TV, or other appliances, as well as musical instruments.9. Exceed the maximum number of guests that can stay at the property. This will help ensure the safety of guests and prevent overcrowding. 10. Use the internet facilities provided to commit a crime in the property, and there is a fair usage policy in place. The guest is obliged to:1. Abide by house rules and use the facilities, inventory, and equipment with utmost care.2. In case of disappearance or damage to the installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment, please notify the host of the property. If the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is required to reimburse the appropriate value of the items.3. Take care of one’s own belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms, and the host takes no responsibility for the subsequent loss thereof.4. Check out prior to departure.5. Leave the property by 10 am on the day of departure.6. Dispose the trash/rubbish from the property into the bins provided.7.
