2 rooms house of 20m² in Hinckley and Bosworth

Hi I'm Kerrie! I'm looking for a house mate to occupy my spare double room in my semi detached house. I am looking for an occupant for Monday - Friday, however if the right occupant arises, I am willing to consider a full time let. The spare room is a double, but please note it comes furnished with a single bed. I am more than willing for this to be filled with a double bed, however this would need to be provided by the occupant. Other furnishing include a bedside table, chair and hanging rail. I also need to point out that the spare room contains the boiler. I would therefore need access to the cupboard containing this from time to time. My house has a shared bathroom with a toilet also available downstairs. The downstairs has an open plan living / kitchen area. Thee is a spare parking space on the driving outside the property. I'm open to a house mate from any background, my only ask is that smoking is not prohibited any where.
