1 room of 14m² in London

Freshly decorated room in a house in Brixton, painted floorboards, lovely mid century furniture, it over looks the back garden so is quiet, bright and airy. I'll be upfront! It has a sofa bed not a real bed. I will get a really great mattress topper for it, although I've slept very happily on it many times. But you know yourself what you like in terms of a sleeping situation. It has chests of drawers, I can add in a rail if required. It's just been decorated and barely used, since my last housemate moving out. I can add other bits of furniture as needed, its nice and spacious and empty at the moment. You'll be sharing with me, the house owner, I am a photographer and artist, mainly working from home. I had a long term housemate until last year and although I enjoy a bit of time to myself, I miss having someone sometimes in the house. I like having the house to myself in the daytimes while I'm working. I am pretty quiet at home, and usually completely flexible when it comes to bathroom/ cooking times etc. I have 3 cats so you must be a cat lover otherwise that may be a bit much for you. One super friendly, one medium, one shy. I do have a garden but it's a disaster zone pending a revamp. but still a little green space for a summer evening. Its also a space where you can keep your bike if you cycle. Bathroom is shared, and has a sit down for a shower in the bath type situation. Kitchen access of course, shelf in the fridge and cupboard space etc. There is a small dining room attached you can use to sit and eat at a table. I have a cleaner who comes once a week. There is a washing machine, no dryer. Central heating. It's a lovely part of Brixton, very close to the park and Lido, loads of gorgeous places to eat and drink, and 10 minutes walk to tube and train, with buses at the end of the road. Any questions please do ask! I am probably looking for a female housemate but do ask. Also open to less days per week, again just check :) Brixton tube or Herne Hill overground 10 min walk. Bus: min walk. Parking is permit. Brixton is fantastic, amazing transport, loads of great places to eat and drink, Brockwell park at the end of the road, the Lido, Ritzy Cinema, Brixton Village etc.
