Very sad to be leaving this beautiful place as I'm moving out of London! My current contract has a break clause for August 2026 with the overall contract going until August 2027. The place is spacious, light and has plenty of storage space for individuals or couples. Council tax comes to around £120 for singles or £180 for couples. I currently pay around £40-60 for water and electricity each. Broadband comes from hyperoptic at around £50. Dm for any other questions.
