Located in a traditional red brick building, the apartment has been transformed inside with modern and stylish interiors. There is plenty of space for a maximum of 8 guests and you'll have everything you could need for a home away from home stay.The apartment boasts an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with a comfy double sofa bed that can sleep up to two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.A private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers a bistro table and chairs so it's the perfect spot to enjoy a fresh morning coffee using our Nespresso machine provided in the kitchen!Free WiFi and a Smart TV is provided for streaming your favourite shows.The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa bed - perfect for late-night chats or for group members who prefer staying in the same room. This also comes with an ensuite bathroom.The second bedroom is fitted with a comfy double bed. The main bathroom is located just opposite this bedroom and is equipped with a toilet, basin, and a shower over the bath.Please note that the property doesn't use gas, therefore, there is no carbon monoxide detector installed. We value safety and have prepared a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the apartment and send out a guide with safety information.Guest Access:Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. The apartment is located on the first floor, up one flight of stairs.There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage.
