To ensure a comfortable and secure environment, guests under the age of 25 are not authorized to stay on the accommodation unless expressly approved by the host. This policy is in place to maintain the tranquility of the space. Families are always welcome, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this guideline. For any exceptions or special circumstances, please seek approval from the host in advance. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. 2. Guests must provide passport pictures to the host after booking. Failure to provide ID documents within 3 days of the booking can result in the apartment not being available for the date you requested. The host will have the right to cancel if he chooses. For last minute reservations (within 5 days ahead of time), ID documents need to be submitted within 24 hours of the booking. The host will have the right to cancel if after the deadline he chooses. 3. If you require early / late check-in or baggage drop off, we might be able to accommodate this. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of £400 per set as the keys are high security special keys. Depending on the location and our schedules, an emergency call out charge of £120 may be added to your bill if someone from our team has to come out to give you a replacement key. Replacement of keys can take 1-2 days to copy depending on how many sets have been lost 5. No changing of locks or tampering with the doorbell. 6. No illegal substances are allowed.
