Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.Please do NOT engage with the concierge. Please note that you are NOT allowed to leave luggage with the concierge for early check-in late check-out.Keys:Specific instructions are given a day before checkout to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.A £50 fee is charged for a call-out if you lock yourself out of the property, and there will be a charge of £100 for lost keys (for replacement locks.) Please be careful with them.Smoking:Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.Extra Guests:No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.Linen Policy for Extended StaysFor stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.You can choose between:Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.Both options are available at the same cost.Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.
